After his training in Mirecourt, Nicolas went to Brussels, working with N.F.Vuillaume, like several other members of the Darche family. He established his own shop in Aix-La-Chapelle around 1840. This excellent violin was made at the peak of his career. It has an excellent tone, full, rich, dark and very playable. Includes a Daniel Bruckner certificate.
