When purchasing strings, EXAMINE ALL STRINGS for defects BEFORE INSTALLING ON YOUR INSTRUMENT. Examine your instrument carefully for any issues that might contribute to premature breakage of strings. Once installed on your instrument, STRINGS ARE NON RETURNABLE.
Thank you for your understanding. With very few exceptions, string manufacturers have a strict policy of not refunding/replacing strings once they have been installed on an instrument.
